MyPointz provides a digital loyalty program platform for small and medium businesses. Our services include digital loyalty card creation, customer management, analytics, push notification capabilities, and related features as described on our website.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Annual plans are billed upfront. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyPointz only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our platform to engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPointz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
